The Arab Women's Clubs Games Organizing Committee Delegation Visits Al Thiqa Club for the Disabled
A delegation from the Arab Women's Clubs Games Organizing Committee visited Al Thiqa Club for the Disabled as part of their inspection tours of approved sports facilities to assess their technical and organizational readiness according to established standards.
The delegation was received by Mr. Mohammed Abdullah Al Qaid Al Hammadi, a member of the Al Thiqa Club for the Disabled's Board of Directors and Acting Executive Director, who accompanied them on a tour of the club's facilities and sports venues.
The delegation included Her Excellency Sheikha Hayat bint Abdulaziz Al Khalifa, Head of the Supervision and Follow-up Committee, and several leaders from the organizing committees, including His Excellency Mr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Otaibi, Her Excellency Ms. Areej bint Ali Al Qahtani, Her Excellency Ms. Mouza Al Shamsi, and Her Excellency Ms. Sultan Al Suwaidi, in addition to the heads and deputies of the technical and organizational committees.
The delegation commended the advanced level of infrastructure and services provided by Al Thiqa Club for the Disabled, and the prominent role it plays in supporting and empowering people with disabilities and enhancing their participation in sports and society.
